The building includes a mix of offices and commercial services for cargo agencies at Santiago Airport.
It has been designed as a solid block of concrete drained to accommodate the program. This block, also, acts as a mediator between the airport roads and the large park that runs along the entire length of the Airport public area.
A screen of concrete Brise-Soleil protects the exposed building faces to solar radiation. Facades in blue glass curtain walls give shelter for offices and shops.
