This weekend residence crowns the top of a small hill near the central Chilean coast line. Its U-shaped floor plate permits an all-glazed, retractable glass panel winter terrace. This feature along with the master bedroom and living areas, face an all-black 48-foot heated lap pool. The building has views to all of the cost line as well as the Maipo river delta, and it features multiple state-of-the-art entertainment and IT systems, wind generator, automated security and lighting systems as well as a single-volume indoor art gallery. The latter strings all of the interior spaces into a continuum. Passive solar devices include a sliding 10 by 24-foot perforated aluminum sliding jealousy frame to the west, as well as a continuous northern overhang for the high summer sun.
